Finding Easter: How do they come up with a date?

I will not give a long introduction to make this post as brief as possible, but I am sure there are people who still wonder how in the world do they know when the Holy Week is in a year.

I am no legit scientist to talk about deep concepts, but I really want to share my knowledge on how to find Easter in a much simpler way.
